starting our journey at the mexcican border we walked for 5 days an average of 20 miles a day passing the first 100 miles. the three of us (Ishai, Tom & Yuval) are walking the same pace taking breaks once every hour- working like gear- that is what had given us our trail name-
Disraeli Gears- also the name of a famous album of Cream (Eric Clapton).
the views are breathtaking, nothing that words can describe- that's why will put pictures as soon as we get the chance. after the fastest start - we just started going faster ("Operation Grandma")
and we feel better and stronger as days goes by. day 6 was easy- 10 miles untill warner springs- hot sptings in the middle of a spa- some sord of American Chamat Gader...
great people on the way. i can not stop eatring since we got here. we have a few days off the trail- we are heading to the kickoff- the grand opening festival for the PCT through hikers.
weather got bad and was snowing in high altitude- well- you know what they say- "stay tough"
and get ready for worse...
